GENERAL POLICIES:

  • $100 non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings- this guarantees your spot!
  • Prices are subject to change at any time until a deposit is received. Once a deposit is received your prices are guaranteed to remain the same and are bound by the contract signed by both the client and Makeup By Chelsey B.
  • Once the deposit is received services cannot be deducted. Services may be added if time allows. 
  • For locations outside of Muskoka there will be a small travel fee. Larger groups may not be subject to a travel fee.
  • Makeup By Chelsey B uses only the finest products and tools on clients and ensures that every product and tool is always sanitized before use on each and every client. For this reason Makeup By Chelsey B is not responsible if the client develops any health issues relating to the makeup application during or afterwards (for example- underlying/unknown allergies to products or tools used)

LATE FEES:

  • There will be a fee of $55 for every 30 minutes waited for clients to arrive to the makeup location. This is put in place because multiple clients may be booked in one day and unfortunately we do not have time to wait for clients to arrive after the previously agreed upon time.  The maximum wait fee amount that can be charged per day is $330. 

TIME RESTRICTIONS:

  • Late clients may or may not be accepted. The acceptance of late clients will take into account how much time is left and if any other clients are booked for that day (unrelated separate bookings/bridal parties). Accepted late clients will be subject to the late fees above plus their quoted makeup amount owing.  

ARRIVAL TIME CHANGE:

  • A one week notice must be given prior to the agreed upon arrival time if the client wishes to change what time makeup application starts. Any changes made past that will be subject to the wait fees above.
